If you have bought a class and it’s not showing up in the My Classes section of your Plantoost account, you may wish to check your inbox.
Plantoost sends out a confirmation email whenever you enroll in a class, be it a course or workshop. So, the first step you can do is, ensure that you are logged into the same email account that is registered to your Plantoost account. You'll want to make sure that you received an enrollment confirmation email for the class and be sure to check your Spam/Junk mail folder if you don’t see the enrollment confirmation email in your inbox.
If you don’t see a confirmation email, this could mean that you purchased the class while logged into Plantoost with a different email address, or that the purchase was not completed. To verify if the purchase was processed, check with your credit card company.
If you believe that the payment was successfully processed but did not receive an email with a receipt, please send a message to email@example.com and include your first and last name, last four digits on the card as well as the cardholder's name as it appears on the card and the title of the class that you're missing.
